Landscapes for String Sextet

Landscapes comprises four pieces of easy to elementary difficulty for string players: A Water Meadow, Hogarth Roundabout, Morning at Loch Earn and Broadway Tower. The first piece represents a lush, green landscape and is in direct contrast to the second piece, which evokes the hustle and bustle of a famous traffic hot spot at Chiswick in West London. The third piece brings the calm of a serene landscape, followed by the tower at Broadway in the Cotswold, looming large in the landscape and seen for miles around.
